After several years in the insurance and financial industries, Owen Berry opened Libra Financial Group in Weymouth, Massachusetts. In this role, Owen combines his passion for strategically managing investments to improve performance with his dedication to working with clients to improve their lives.
Owen offers his clients a strategic, planning-based approach combined with disciplined research-based investment process.
Prior to founding Libra Financial, Owen was a partner at Commonwealth Financial Group, a general agency of MassMutual. His experience also includes product management for Farmers Insurance, with product design and personal profit and loss responsibility. His experience in information technology has helped him design process driven strategies, which carry forward into his current work.
Owen holds a Master’s in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from Colorado College. In addition, Owen holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, along with the CLU and ChFC designations.
